The Knights of Columbus is a very active philanthropic organization in our parish. Their major activities for the year are Roses for Life, the Lenten Fish Fries, a golf tournament and the Tootsie Roll campaign with funds from that going to fight mental and physical disabilities.
In 2007 our Knights of Columbus Council built our Cross Tower. They are very generous and always available to help with other parish activities and fund raisers.
The Knights of Columbus meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 7pm in the Knights Room in the gym.

The Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus helps with all of the Knights’ projects and has been very generous to St. Sabina Parish. Both the Ladies Auxiliary and the Knights of Columbus organizations are very generous to the parish. In 2007 the Ladies Auxiliary donated funds for a large screen television that is used in the gathering space. The Ladies Auxiliary meets on the second Tuesday of each month in the Knights Room in the gym.

The Legion of Mary meets every Wednesday morning at 9am and spends time in devotion and prayer to Mary. Members include Anna Anderson, Frances Andregg, Anita Armstrong, Cathy Davis, Ann Foley, Teresa Link, and Doris Oberste.
Our Marian Prayer group meets every Wednesday evening at 7pm and spends time in devotion and prayer to Mary. The group is led by Mike Gates.
Our ministry to senior citizens includes our Over 55 Group. The group meets for monthly meetings and movies, occasional day trips and goes regularly to the New Theatre Restaurant. There is also a monthly newsletter that is mailed to all members of the group. Every Thursday morning our very active quilting group, “The Piecemakers,” meets in the parish hall. Each member of the group brings a project to work on while the group spends time quilting together.
