St. Sabina Parish expanded its bulletin in December of 2006 to a 12-page color bulletin. Our bulletin is printed by JS Paluch Co., Inc. in Chicago and thanks to our many advertisers, St. Sabina receives its bulletins free of charge. If you would like to advertise in our bulletin, please call JS Paluch at 1-800-566-6170.
Our bulletin is coordinated here at the parish by Kris Larkey. All information for the bulletin should be submitted to Kris two Fridays before the Sunday date of publication. You can send information to Kris via email at stsabinakris@kc.rr.com. One of the unique features of our bulletin are the many color photographs. Many of the photographs for our bulletin and our website are provided by our Photography Team.
On April 17, 2007, our Photography Team met for the first time. Our photography team can be seen taking pictures at many of our liturgies and celebrations. The photos are used in our weekly bulletins, web site, video slideshows and many of our flyers and brochures that we use in the parish. For more information contact Kris Larkey in the parish office at 816-331-4713.
Our new website was developed by parishioner Jim Wells. We deeply appreciate all the time and effort that Jim has put into developing this new site. With the new website our parish staff has the ability to maintain the website to keep it up to date. We also thank Doug Butscher for his help in maintaining the website.
For many years Angelique Herran operated our website from her home near Denver, CO. She had been a parishioner here and even after moving to Colorado she continued to generously donate her time every week to maintain the website for many years. We are very grateful to Angelique for all her dedication to St. Sabina Parish.
Our Diocese publishes a weekly newspaper called “The Catholic Key” which is mailed directly to the homes of our parishioners for a yearly subscription fee of $25.00. If you would like to subscribe to the Catholic Key, please give us a call in the parish office at 816-331-4713.
